1st course:
elderflower liqueur, sparkling Cava, orange peel
*Wild fennel panna cotta with winter citrus salad and California olive oil*

2nd course:
Plymouth gin, Campari, lemon, sparkling Cava, grapefruit peel
*Metzer Farm goose ravioli in brodo with black trumpet mushrooms & rosemary*

3rd course:
tequila blanco, honey, sea salt, grapefruit and lime juices, sparkling Cava
*Sea scallops with celery root puree, melted leeks, meyer lemon buerre blanc & hazelnut gremolata*

4th course:
El Dorado 5 year aged rum, Velvet Falernum, honey, lime, apple cider, bitters
*Warm pear & huckleberry crisp with brown butter streusel & vanilla bean cream*
